What to expect: Each Guided Journey includes a soothing voice-led meditation that takes you on an inner journey based on a theme of your choice—such as resilience, gratitude, or courage. Gentle vibroacoustic therapy enhances the experience while inspiring music and moments of deep relaxation support your process. This immersive blend of voice, sound, and vibration helps you open to new insights and cultivate inner wisdom, much like the wind shifting direction to bring clarity and transformation. ​

Ancient Sound Healing Sessions

What to expect: Experience the healing power of Tibetan bowls, gongs, and chimes in a soothing sound bath that calms the mind and restores balance. we will be offering live group sessions, for a shared experience, as well as studio recorded sessions, with ancient instruments, enhanced with vibrating acoustic tables, allowing for sounds to resonate through your body for a, deeply grounded reset.
