Welcome to Mind Vibes Studio. By accessing our website at mindvibesstudio.com, booking a session, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Mind Vibes Studio
Mind Vibes Studio is a mind-body wellness center located inside Synergy Oviedo Chiropractic at 1791 East Broadway, Oviedo FL 32765. We offer vibroacoustic therapy, light therapy, neuroacoustic sound sessions, and related wellness services designed to support nervous system restoration and general wellbeing.
Important: Mind Vibes Studio services are wellness experiences and are not medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care. If you have a medical condition, please consult your physician before using our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to book services independently. Minors may use our services only with parental consent and in the presence of a parent or guardian. By booking a session, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Health and Safety
Certain health conditions may contraindicate the use of our services. You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information on our intake form. Contraindications include but may not be limited to:
• Pregnancy
• Metal implants within the past 2 years
• Severe light sensitivity or photosensitive epilepsy
• Active serious medical conditions as directed by your physician
Mind Vibes Studio reserves the right to decline service to any individual where safety concerns exist.
4. Appointments and Cancellations
Session appointments may be booked through our website or by contacting our studio directly. We ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session fee.
Mind Vibes Studio reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you promptly.
5. Explorer Pass and Membership Terms
The 7-Day Explorer Pass provides unlimited sessions for 7 consecutive days during studio hours. The Explorer Pass is non-refundable once activated and is non-transferable.
Membership plans are billed on a monthly basis. Membership fees are non-refundable. Members may cancel their membership with 30 days written notice. Promotional pricing applies only to the initial term and is subject to change.
Introductory offers are valid for new members only and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service or as specified in your membership agreement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are in US dollars.
Mind Vibes Studio uses secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.
7. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in through our intake form or website, you consent to receive SMS messages from Mind Vibes Studio including appointment reminders, session follow-up, and wellness education. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
Promotional SMS messages require separate consent and are optional. Opting out of promotional messages does not affect transactional messages related to your appointments.
Mind Vibes Studio and its SMS service providers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to factors outside our control including carrier delays, network outages, or device issues.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, session descriptions, and written materials is the property of Mind Vibes Studio and protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mind Vibes Studio services are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the results you may experience from our wellness sessions. Individual results vary. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Vibes Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mind Vibes Studio, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seminole County, Florida.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the updated terms on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
